Privacy Policy

Overview

OmniSell helps authenticated users manage marketplace listings, orders, fulfillment suppliers, tracking, and related product catalog data. This policy explains what information OmniSell collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as email address, name, profile image, login provider, and approval status.
• Marketplace and supplier connection details that users choose to save for Amazon, Etsy, Pinterest, POD suppliers, and similar integrations.
• Operational data such as listing drafts, product lines, SKU assets, imported files, orders, fulfillment status, and tracking events.
• Basic technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, OmniSell uses Google authentication through Supabase Auth. OmniSell receives basic profile information such as your email address, name, profile image, and Google account identifier so we can create or access your OmniSell account.

OmniSell does not sell Google user data. Google account information is used only for authentication, account identification, authorization, security, and support.

Pinterest Integration

Pinterest is an optional downstream publishing service in OmniSell. If you connect Pinterest, OmniSell uses Pinterest's OAuth authorization flow so you can review and approve access on Pinterest. OmniSell never asks for or receives your Pinterest password.

OmniSell requests user_accounts:read, boards:read, boards:write,pins:read, and pins:write. Pinterest requires both board scopes and both Pin scopes for its Create Pin endpoint. OmniSell uses boards:write only for a test board in the isolated Sandbox environment; it does not edit or delete production boards. It does not browse or import existing Pins. pins:write is used only after you review the image, title, description, alternative text, board, and destination URL and explicitly click Publish selected Pins.

OmniSell does not access secret boards or Pins, manage advertising, or manage audiences. It does not schedule or independently initiate Pins. You may individually review and check multiple proposed Pins, then explicitly start a batch that processes those selections. A preview validates the proposed Pin without sending it to Pinterest.

OAuth Tokens And User Control

OAuth access and refresh tokens are treated as sensitive credentials, stored using server-side controls and encryption, and used only to perform authorized actions for the connected account. Public board choices are fetched from Pinterest when needed and are not imported into OmniSell product, listing, research, or AI datasets. You can disconnect an integration in OmniSell or revoke OmniSell access from the connected platform. OmniSell never asks for your Pinterest, Etsy, Amazon, or Google account password.

How We Use Information

• Authenticate users and enforce account approval, admin access, and user-specific data isolation.
• Operate marketplace, supplier, listing, order, fulfillment, tracking, and product catalog workflows.
• Maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.

Sharing

OmniSell shares data only as needed to provide connected workflows, such as sending order or listing data to a marketplace or fulfillment supplier selected by the user. OmniSell does not sell personal information.

Security And Retention

Sensitive connection credentials are stored using server-side controls and encryption where supported by the OmniSell implementation. Data is retained as needed to provide the service, comply with operational needs, and support connected commerce workflows.

When an integration is disconnected, OmniSell removes the stored OAuth credentials for that connection. For a Pin created at your request, OmniSell may retain the minimum operational record needed to show the result, troubleshoot a failed request, and prevent an unintended duplicate submission. This may include the source listing, destination URL, board identifier, resulting Pin identifier, publication status, and error details.

Pinterest Data Restrictions

OmniSell does not sell, share, or combine Pinterest API data with data from other users. OmniSell does not use Pinterest API data for off-platform advertising, audience targeting, platform analytics, benchmarking, competitor research, scraping, or training, fine-tuning, or improving artificial intelligence models.

Data Access, Correction, And Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information and connected-account data by contacting the address below. We may retain limited information where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or prevention of duplicate and unauthorized publishing.

Third-Party Platforms

Actions performed through Amazon, Etsy, Pinterest, Google, Supabase, and fulfillment providers are also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. OmniSell requests only the permissions needed for enabled workflows and does not sell data received from connected platforms. OmniSell is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pinterest.
