Use Of OmniSell

OmniSell is commerce operations software for managing marketplace listings, orders, fulfillment suppliers, tracking, product lines, and related catalog workflows. You are responsible for using OmniSell in compliance with applicable marketplace, supplier, intellectual property, tax, and consumer protection rules.

Accounts And Access

Access to OmniSell may require account approval. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

Connected Services

OmniSell can connect to third-party platforms such as marketplaces, fulfillment suppliers, storage providers, and authentication providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. You authorize OmniSell to send and receive data with connected services only as needed to perform workflows you request.

Pinterest Use

Pinterest is an optional integration. If you connect a Pinterest account, you must use Pinterest's OAuth consent flow and must consider each Pin individually. OmniSell requires you to choose the source listing and board and review the proposed Pin. You must check each Pin individually before clicking Publish selected Pins; a batch processes only those selections. OmniSell does not schedule or independently initiate Pin publishing.

Trial write tests use a separate Pinterest Sandbox connection. OmniSell may create a test board in that isolated environment; Sandbox boards and Pins are separate from production Pinterest content.

You may publish only content and destination links that you own or are authorized to use. You may not use OmniSell to scrape Pinterest, automate engagement, distribute spam, manipulate Pinterest metrics, circumvent Pinterest restrictions, conduct unauthorized Pinterest analytics or competitor research, or use Pinterest Materials to train or improve artificial intelligence models. Your Pinterest activity must comply with Pinterest's Developer Guidelines, Community Guidelines, and other applicable terms.

User Content And Compliance

You are responsible for product data, artwork, listing copy, keywords, customer/order information, and files imported or generated through OmniSell. Do not use OmniSell to submit infringing, unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized content, or content that creates a deceptive or unexpected destination for a marketplace customer or Pinterest user.

Independent Service

OmniSell is an independent commerce operations service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Pinterest, Etsy, or Amazon. Availability of connected features depends on the applicable platform's API access, approval, technical requirements, and policies.

Age Requirement

OmniSell is intended for business operators and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

Availability And Changes

OmniSell may change over time as workflows, APIs, suppliers, and marketplace requirements evolve. No service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
